Praxis Counselling is a thriving group practice based in Oakville offering in-person and virtual counselling and psychotherapy services. We are a dynamic team of Social Workers, Occupational Therapist, and a Psychotherapist looking to add strong therapists to our community of practice.

We would love to hear from you if you:
* hold a CPsych, or Master’s or PhD in Psychology, Social Work, Clinical Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Psychotherapy, Marriage and Family Therapy, or similar discipline and be fully licensed within your profession in the province of Ontario.

We are specifically interested in candidates who:
* are trained in and currently practice mindfulness;
* have knowledge of attachment, interpersonal neurobiology, and mentalizing intervention;
* have experience or specialization in working with children who experience dysregulation in home or school, anxiety, and have learning differences;
* are a seasoned couples therapist working towards a certification in Gottman Method Couple Therapy or Emotionally-Focused Therapy;
* are trained/certified in ACT or DBT;
* are trained/certified in biofeedback (e.g., HeartMath)
* are trained/certified in neurofeedback (e.g., Othmer Method);
* are bilingual (French, Mandarin, Korean, Spanish preferred); and/or
* have interest and experience in clinical research and publication.
