About Inna

I am a Registered Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in clinical work. I work with children, youth, families and adults with the goal of creating a safe and supportive space that allows clients to tap into their intuition and inner wisdom in order to thrive. Some of the evidence-based modalities I may draw on in our work together include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solutions Focused Counselling, and Mindfulness-based approaches. Some of my experience includes working in the shelter system, school system, community children’s mental health and animal assisted therapy.

I believe that therapy needs to be a safe, collaborative space where clients experience unconditional positive regard and gain tools to achieve their goals. Outside of therapy sessions, I enjoy yoga, cooking and experiencing the great outdoors with my family. I provide therapy in Russian as well.
