My practice as a Registered Psychotherapist focuses on working with individuals (children, youth, and adults) and families who struggle with social, emotional, and mental health challenges. I am passionate about journeying with people sensitively through their life transitions and growth process, including healing from trauma. I especially enjoy working with parents in providing them with strategies to manage different challenges. My desire is to see each person experience a sense of being empowered, encouraged, and valued. Also, it is important for me to support clients thrive in relationships that are meaningful to them.
