My approach to counselling is to prioritize the client’s safety and trust. I will be sensitive to the client’s pace and go where they want to go—discussing the client’s goals and areas they want to see change in. My work is also strengths-based and collaborative—ensuring that the client is a major participant in the process. I work with individuals and families. I provide psychotherapy in Korean as well.
